We teach how to control projects using software, not how to operate the software for its own sake. Our students finish the course knowing how to do the work, not just knowing the feature exists.
Three principles we apply in every course, regardless of the software or the format.
There are many tools on the market. We teach the best ones, but first we establish the core concepts of planning, cost control and risk management, so the software makes sense and isn't just clicking buttons.
We deliver courses over Zoom, Teams, Meet, Skype and, when possible, in person at your company or facilities. Small groups ensure every student resolves their specific questions and works with their own data.
Every course is built around examples from the student's own industry. If you work in mining, the exercises are about mining. If it's building construction, we use building data. We guarantee the student learns it and applies it the following Monday.
Before we begin, we understand the team's level, the type of projects and the specific problems they need to solve. This defines the focus of the course.
We start with the fundamentals: why does this tool exist? What problem does it solve? Then we introduce the software with simple, progressive exercises.
The heart of the course. We work through a complete project from start to finish: structure, schedule, baseline, monitoring, curves and executive reports.
Learning doesn't end with the last class. We resolve questions that arise when applying it on site, and we run follow-up sessions to confirm the student is using the tool.

Zoom, Teams, Meet, Skype or Google Meet. The instructor shares their screen and sees yours. Same dynamic as in person, from wherever you are.
We travel to your facilities to train your entire team. Ideal for groups of 4 or more and when project data is confidential.
