TecnoAdmin Consulting was founded in 1991 as a consulting and training firm specialized in project management. From the start, our approach was different: bringing into the classroom and to the project table the real experience built over decades of work in the field, not just textbook theory.
Over more than three decades, we have advised and trained professionals and institutions in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, Uruguay, the United States and Canada, establishing ourselves as a benchmark in Latin America for the planning, control and management of complex projects.
Our team of consultants combines experience in mining, energy, infrastructure and government with command of the standards and tools the industry demands today: Primavera P6, PRA, EVM, Stage Gate, FIDIC and quantitative risk analysis.
